You could jump, skip, hop, throw, push, pull, run, and roll without a second thought. You were agile, flexible, and had plenty of stamina.
That’s what Darren’s Down & Dirty is all about.
We’ve combined some sport specific training, thrown in some really fun stuff, added in a lot of exercise science, then mixed it up with a few of the most non-traditional exercises you’ve ever seen.
And don’t worry, no matter what your level of fitness is, we’ll find the ideal intensity for you.
This four week exercise segment is designed to benefit everyone by maintaining your safety and allowing you to excel in your conditioning.
Every participant in Darren’s Down & Dirty Fitness Camp has the option of training a minimum of 3 sessions per week or attend all 6 sessions per week. It’s your choice!
That’s a possible 24 Down & Dirty sessions in four weeks if you are up to it. Each session will begin with an active warm up and end with a functional cool down. But boy ol’ boy, the exhilarating workout in between is sure to take you to a new level of fitness.

Saturday 9:30-10:30 am

per person with unlimited sessions per segment
Class space is limited in order to maintain adequate personal attention, however, a minimum of 6 participants are needed for the segment to make the schedule.
